FRONTIER AI
FOR THE
REAL ECONOMY

We bring frontier AI to everyday industry through software businesses already rely on. Partners contribute knowledge and data; we build agents for their customers and develop a recurring revenue stream through data licensing.

01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

There's extraordinary knowledge hidden in everyday work

Repairs, production runs, shipments, and professional decisions carry hard-won knowledge about how the world works.

Much of that work happens inside specialized software. Our focus is turning that domain knowledge into useful AI, in partnership with companies closest to it. People keeping businesses running deserve AI that understands their work.

Field operations

From a service call to a completed repair

Software for HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and equipment maintenance records how teams diagnose faults, schedule technicians, and resolve jobs.

Work orders, equipment histories, and repair outcomes could support tasks such as troubleshooting or checking whether a proposed job has the right parts and skills.

Put your industry experience into tools that help customers plan repairs and support technicians.

Manufacturing

The decisions behind a production run

Job-shop, production-planning, and quality-management software captures how manufacturers quote work, allocate machines, and handle defects.

Routings, inspection results, and rework histories could support tasks such as planning a job within capacity or tracing a failed inspection to its cause.

Develop planning and troubleshooting tools around how your customers actually run production.

Logistics

What happens when a shipment goes off plan

Dispatch, freight, and warehouse software records constraints behind moving goods: timing, capacity, inventory, and service commitments.

Shipment events, exception histories, and delivery outcomes could support tasks such as resolving a missed pickup or reconciling an inventory discrepancy.

Help customers resolve disruptions and keep shipments moving, with their commercial information protected.

Professional services

Expert work with an answer you can check

Accounting, audit, and other specialist practice software brings together source documents, calculations, review notes, and approvals.

Reconciliations and documented corrections could support tasks such as matching a transaction to its source or finding missing support in a workpaper.

Give customers help with reconciliations and document review while respecting client confidentiality.

02 / FOR SOFTWARE PARTNERS

You know your industry.
Let’s build what comes next.

Two ways to work together.
Start with one, or explore both.

01

Put your data
to work

Build a recurring revenue stream from data you have permission to share. We turn it into training material and environments for AI teams, find buyers, and share licensing revenue on agreed terms.

  • Ongoing licensing, with revenue shared under your agreement
  • Data preparation and buyer relationships handled by us
  • Agreed uses that respect your customers and business

02

Bring AI into
your domain

Bring frontier models closer to work your customers do every day. We train agents in environments built around your industry, then test them with your experts before you decide how to put them to work.

  • Choose a task and a measurable standard for success
  • A reusable benchmark for comparing future agents
  • Decide how to deploy, with your team in control

A partnership, not a takeover. You don’t need to sell your company or replace your product. We agree on data, permissions, commercial terms, and scope before work begins.

03 / GAIA

Training environments built
around industry workflows

Gaia connects industry expertise to useful AI. It turns approved data and workflows into practice environments where agents learn to do real jobs. That work supports two outcomes: agents for partners and licensed training material for AI teams.

  1. 01 / UNDERSTAND

    Find the work

Your team brings industry knowledge and data you can share. Together, we choose a job your customers need done.

  2. 02 / RECREATE

    Build the environment

Gaia turns that work into a practice environment, with the tools, records, and decisions an agent needs to learn.

  3. 03 / IMPROVE

    Train. Test. Repeat.

We train an agent, test it on unfamiliar jobs, and review results with your experts. It practices away from live customer systems.

  4. 04 / APPLY

    Make it useful

Bring tested agents to your business. License approved data and environments to AI teams, with revenue shared under your partnership agreement.

05 / A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Let’s make
this concrete.

Do we have to change our product?

No. A data partnership can be explored separately from an agent project. For agents, we agree on a task and evaluate results before deciding whether and how it should connect to your software.

What makes a useful data partnership?

Meaningful workflows, clear permissions, and a specific training or evaluation use case. Volume alone isn’t enough. We need to understand what your records capture, which outcomes can be checked, and what may actually be shared.

Who decides what can be shared?

Whoever holds licensing rights or authority to grant them. Hosting customer data does not automatically give a software vendor the right to license it. Each project needs a defined rights review, agreed permitted uses, and appropriate privacy protections before data moves.

How do the economics work?

Data partnerships are designed around recurring licensing revenue, shared on agreed terms. Payments depend on buyer contracts and licensed use; sharing data alone does not guarantee income. Agent development and support are scoped separately.

What happens after we get in touch?

We start with a conversation about your software, how customers use it, and what you want to achieve. If there’s a fit, we define a small, specific project: a task, required data, permissions, and how we’ll judge success. You don’t need to send customer records to start that conversation.

Will you help someone replicate our product?

No. We won’t license your data to direct competitors or authorize its use to replicate your product. We agree with you on approved buyers and uses before sharing anything.

Can I introduce a software company?

Yes. Tell us what the company does and why you think there’s a fit. A high-level introduction is enough to begin; please don’t send its confidential records. Make an introduction ↗
